Brakes and rotators keep slipping?

My rotator and disc brakes keep slipping.

You know you're going to have to provide more information or details. Do you mean the vehicle creeps ahead when you're sitting at a red light? You have to push harder than normal on the brake pedal to get the truck to stop? You're having trouble installing a part? Also, in case we have to look up diagrams or brake parts, you have to specify your engine size. Very often larger engines come with bigger brakes from the factory. Please be very specific with the symptoms, and include anything you've tried so far to solve this.
