how do you get the hourse clip off and install new one

Hello JOHN YOUNG2,

Sometimes you can get with a screwdriver and a hammer. I would start soaking it in PB Blaster or other penetrating oil to start getting it loosened up.

It depends on how bad it is. Can you send me a couple of photos of what you're looking at so I can better help you?
