Put on new brake calibers, rotors, and pads. bled all air out with car off no air straight fluid. stiff pedal, until car was started then pedal went to floor no pressure and is sluggish to come up.
Any suggestions? I am thinking brake booster went bad no leaks in brake system.

Still may be air trapped in system. Can you get a vacuum bleeder and do a re bleed, are the brakes releasing? if not crack bleeders one at a time and see if you have any pressure retention, start here.
