I replaced rotors two years ago and brakes. But my brake pads need to be changed in front. Do I have to replace rotors too?

No, the rotors only need to be replaced if they are too thin, after resurfacing them on a brake lathe to remove any deep scores, scratches, etc and also to give the new pads a good flat surface to start off with.
Here are the minimum thickness specs.
