Replace brake lines, bled ABS with scan tool as well as bled brakes all the way around. When stopping on the snow or ice brake pedal goes to floor.

Does it stop okay on bare pavement with no ABS activation? Is the ABS activating when the pedal drops? If yes then you still have air in the ABS system. It can take two to three bleed cycles of the unit to get all the air out.

Yes got it all fixed took about 4 times of bleeding it but all good now. Thanks again

Yeah, that's about normal for GM ABS. Lots of small passages that hold air. Can take some "creative language" to get it all out.....
