Brake lights do not turn off even when the key is out?

My brake lights won't turn off, while driving, I was told that the lights look like if I have the foot on the brake all the time, I have signals and reverse, they are working normal, I disconnect everything that is not part of the original set up hoping that maybe that would let me know if something that I put on is making a short but they still on, I change the brake switch, the one above the brake pedal, but still having the problem. Could the PCM be the problem?

Any guidance is much appreciated.

This happens when the TIPM goes out, but fear not, it is easy to replace because it-self initializes and needs no programming, here is the brake light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and how to replace the TIPM in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
