Brake light on dash will not turn off

My parking brake got stuck on when I replaced the lights for heat control. I got it unstuck,but the brake light on dash won't go off. What's the problem?

Good afternoon,

I attached a couple of pictures of the switch location.

The best way to test if the switch is bad is to disconnect the wire from the switch and see if it goes out.
