brake pedal does return?

2007 VOLKSWAGEN GOLF

When you press the brakes on this vehicle the brake pedal does return back to its original position, you got to pull it back by putting your fit underneath, what could be the issue with this?

This happens when the brake booster return spring breaks and will not push the brake pedal back into position, here is how to change it out to fix the problem, you can get a replacement by searching eBay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
