Brakes smoking

I changed my pads then caliper stuck and got real smoking hot changed. my caliper it is still sticking and smoking not all the time.

I would suspect the brake hose attached to the caliper has collapsed and is not allowing fluid to return from the caliper. open the bleeder and see if the caliper releases.
