I have replaced my brake shoes on the rear drum brakes, but now neither my front nor rear brakes work as they should and hand break is barely holding car.

What are the symptoms? "Not working as they should" does not say anything. That can refer to a dozen different things.

You could have a brake pedal that sinks slowly to the floor. The pedal could be hard and high and you cannot push it down. The pedal could feel normal but the vehicle keeps on going. Did you do anything that involved the brake fluid? If so, how did you bleed the air out, and how far did you push the brake pedal? Does applying the brakes have any effect on vehicle speed? Did you have the rotors and drums machined? Were they replaced?
