We need to start with lifting the vehicle off the ground and find out which wheels are getting locked up.

Once we know which one or all of them that are affected, we will know better what to do.
If all the wheels are not spinning after you press the brakes, then the issue is the master cylinder not releasing the pressure.

If there is only one or two wheels that are not moving, we could have a rubber brake hose that is failed and not releasing the pressure, but the likely issue is the master cylinder.
I am attaching the info from the manual below on how to replace the master in case this turns out to be the issue.
