front driver side wheel is locking?

At first, I couldn’t reverse because it would lock up . I got all new brakes and rotors on all 4 tires and now my everything works but my front driver side wheel is locking and dragging.

It sounds like the caliper brake hose got twisted and now it needs to be replaced or one of the caliper bolts has fallen off and now the caliper is logged between the rim. I would raise the front of the car up and remove the wheel for inspection, I would not drive the car anymore until the problem as been solved. Here are three guides that can help:
