Whenever you press the brake pedal it has a weird feeling as in its very sensitive

This sounds like a master cylinder issue, but we need to start with checking the brakes and making sure the pads are not worn.

I suspect if they are worn out then they are grabbing because they are metal to metal.

No grinding noise, brakes are fair, i had several cars with very low brakes but none did this, I will bleed it and see.

Okay. It could be a master cylinder. I would lift the vehicle and see if you can get it to do it with no load. So when you press the brake and feel that there is no pressure, have someone spin the wheels to see if the brakes are applying.

You can also, cap all the lines on the master and see if this still has the same feeling. Clearly you are not going to have any brakes so don't drive it like this, You just want to see if the feeling is the same in the pedal. If so, I would put a master on it.
