My brake pedal are going to the floor after I changed all the brake shoes drums and calipers

Was system bleed down?

it will probably have to be bled, rent a power bleeder from a rent it shop and start at right rear, left rear, right front, left front. if you do not have a brake pedal after bleeding, then you may have to have a professional open valves on the ABS unit to re-bleed it and get all air out. it can take up to three quarts.
