Just replaced from end pads and rotors both sides. My booster is now making a hissing noise

Yeah, normally the hissing is a leaking diaphragm so you could rebuild it but it is easier and normally just as cheap to replace it.
Below is the process from the manual on how to replace this. Please let us know if you have questions with this.
