After replacing the brake they squeal at low speeds

my car has new brake discs and pads but now the brakes squeal as they get warmer but only at low speeds are when I brake slightly.

Good morning,

When I do one of these, especially BMW, I use only factory parts. Pads, rotors and sensors are the brake job.

Did you use BMW parts?

The issue most likely is the material of the pads. The metal comes to the surface when they get hot resulting in the noise.
