What is a fair price to get front brake rotors and pads installed?

Brake parts prices are all over the map because of the variance in part quality. Here are factory prices which you should be able to get the parts for less, I have also included instructions on how to change out the brakes in case you want to do the job yourself in the images below.

Rotor 45251STXA00 - $138.70 each.
Front Pads 45022STXA00 $80.22 a set.

Labor 1.4 hrs @ shop labor rate
