Hello,

Did this just happen all of a sudden or did you have brake repair and it started afterwards?

There are a few reasons why the brake pedal will go to the floor.
It could be due to air trapped in the brake lines, faulty master cylinder, leaking brake fluid, it can also be due to having low brake fluid level.

Take a look at this guide, it provides detailed instructions.

Go through the guide and let me know what you find or if you have any questions.
Thank you.
