You need to provide some details, history, or clues to have an idea of where to start. Are you losing brake fluid? If so, where? Did this problem show up suddenly or gradually, and was it intermittent at first? Does the vehicle have anti-lock brakes?

You can get an idea of what we need to know from this article:

Brakes were working no fluid loss. Dirty fluid out of driver rear line. Replaced master cylinder and bled brakes. Emergency brake works now but no rear or front brakes. Booster is working.

You are leaving me with more questions than information. Why were you working with the rear brake line? What makes you think the brake fluid is "dirty"? If it was just real dark, that is from being hot multiple times and is normal. Did you bench-bleed the new master cylinder? Did you let the reservoir run empty. If so, does the truck have anti-lock brakes? Was this a rebuilt master cylinder or a used one from a salvage yard?

Bench bled the master cylinder look like there is a blowout in the rear driver side hub, but upon taking everything off brakes are still intact. Tons of grease or brake dust and brake fluid build up. I do not know what it was the emergency brake was kind of like and aggressive up on a bolt took it off the boat behind the rear differential now just standard and the brakes emergency brakes stops slowly stops when the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor. Brakes when you leave the brakes all the way out in the calipers on the rear ends clear fluid comes out fluently on the left side passenger side on the right side and sputters seems to me that the front brakes are locked up

The most likely cause of low brake pedal is you need a scanner to command the ABS computer to open two valves in the hydraulic controller so those two chambers can be bled. Air will have gotten in them if you bled at the wheels after the master cylinder was replaced.
