A couple of weeks ago the right passenger side wheel got really hot?

It got so hot that it melted the adhesive on the skin of my rim, and it fell off. So, I replaced the caliper, rotor and new pads and got a new rim. Now two weeks later I had to be towed in because of the same issue. The caliper looks fine. Could it be the brake line going to the caliper? It looks good from the outside. Or the hub itself? How much drag should the hub have while I am turning it by hand? Thanks so much for all your help.

There should be minimal drag on the rotor with the brakes not applied, it does sound like the brake hose has failed internally which holds the brake on. Here is how you can change the brake hose out in the images below. Also, I have included a video of how to bleed to brakes. If there is a drag on the wheel open the bleeder to see if the wheel will turn this tells you for sure it is a pressure issue.
