Calipers are on correctly but now I have no brakes?

I changed my rear brakes but had to bleed the lines for the first time ever. I refilled the fluid with dot 3 and got the air out of the lines. Brake lines are not twisted. Calipers are on correctly but now I have no brakes.

Chances are if you got air in the system the ABS valves need to be opened using a scanner. Also, the rear brake pads have a timer on the inboard pad that needs to be in the right position in the caliper piston.
