I need rear brakes

I have replaced my front brake pads which are disc brakes. After I have done that I found out I need rears can you help?

How do you adjust rear drum brakes on 2009 Dodge Caliber SXT with the wheels on? I am having problems locating the pawl in order to backdown the star adjusting wheel please give me replacement instructions as well.
