This is normally due to a leak internal or external. So, we need to narrow this down and here is a guide that will help with this.

Once we know if there are external leaks, we can address them. However, if there are no external leaks then we most likely have an issue with the master cylinder.

I would suggest removing the lines off the master and capping the lines and then press the pedal again and see if you have a hard pedal. If not, the master is the issue.

If you do have a hard pedal, then you need add the lines back in one at a time until the pedal drops to the floor to find out where the issue is.

Please find the process below on how to replace the master from the manual as I suspect this is the issue.

Please let us know what questions you have. Thanks

Hello,

The brake pedal can go to floor for few different reasons.
It could due to a leak in the brake system, it could be for having air trapped in the lines, faulty master cylinder. It can also happen if the fluid is low.

Here is a helpful guide that covers the basics:

Make sure the fluid is at the correct level. Then check for any leak, look at all the components including the calipers and wheel cylinders.

If you do not see any leaks, next step would be to bleed the brakes to purge any air that might be trapped.

I have attached the brake bleeding procedure below.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
