First began when I drove an hour inland where climate was hotter while driving it felt like the brakes where slightly on. When I got back to the coast driving return back to normal. But now it always feels like the brakes are slightly on varying in resistance. If I put it in neutral while driving the car does not coast as far as it should.
I took the front driver side wheel off put the car in neutral with e-brake off and it was hard to move the hub.
Besides the brakes on three other occasions I could not get the car over forty mph, the car would just bog out when shifting into fourth gear.
Appreciate any insight on how to fix these problem's. Thank you for your time.
