sometimes the brakes will not release

I will come to a stop at a red light and hold the brake pedal down and then go to go and brakes will not release. this only happen on occasions.

check brake hoses may be getting weak and not letting fluid back. to test open bleeder if brake still under pressure that may be the problem.
