Yea, two bled & two wont also replaced far rear hose, it calapsed I think

It will act as if its bled and after start goes to floor

Does it go to floor slowly after start? Or just fast with no pedal at all

Check to verify there is no lines leaking nowhere. After checking that and you do not see no brake fluid leaking nowhere replace the master cylinder, there is a internal leak in the master cylinder if no visual leaks are found.
