After replacing the rear brake drums and shoes there is a clunking sound when braking?

Something must not be assembled correctly, I would take it back apart for inspection. Can I ask if you have the drums re-machined or new drums? If so, sometimes the shoes will grab the machining marks and cause the shoes to move back and forth across the drum braking surface. If you think you found the problem, upload an image so I can help confirm the issue.

the drums and shoes are new. I reused the hardware. I removed the drums I found brake fluid. I do not know if the fluid came out from the cylinders because the wheel cylinders cups came out when I was installing the shoes. or because the wheel cylinders are bad. The wheel cylinders are OEM Aisin brand. When the wheel cylinders cups pop out do they get damaged?

They can yes, I would get new cups or a new wheel cylinder. I would get new hardware as well; the springs can get weak and not return the shoes correctly.

I replaced both wheel cylinders and one hard tube brake line because it was leaking from the fitting going to the right wheel cylinder. I got the line from Toyota.
now when I put the tip of my finger on the fitting threads of the new brake line going to the wheel cylinder, I see some brake fluid but no dripping. What causes the issue? this is the old line

I would take the top off of the brake master cylinder. Let me know if that works.

its weeping from the fitting going to the wheel cylinder which is part of rear shoe brakes. not from the master cylinder.

I understand, if you remove the cap the brake fluid should flow. Sorry for the confusion.
