I replaced the mater cylnder due to having no brake pressure and after replacement I bleed the brakes 4 times to make sure all the air is out of the system. I blead them in this order RR RL FR FL. And now if I lightly press the brakes the pedal will go to the floor but if I press hard on the brakes it will only go about half way and hold pressure fine. I have checked for leaks and have not found any. Would a bad brake booster be the caues or do would I have a very small leak somewhere?

A bad brake booster will not cause the pedal to go to the floor. Here is a guide to help can I ask if this truck has ABS if so, the ABS system valve need to be opened while bleeding, here is a video and guide to help. If you don't have ABS please check the caliper slides to make sure one is not seized up.
