Brake pedal

I replaced the two rear brake lines from the front to the back. We bled brake four times. All fluid coming out (no air) has a solid back pedal with truck not running, but when you start it and apply the brakes the pedal fade almost to the floor. What could be my problem?

Any help is appreciated.
