Brake Pedal feels a little hard?

Whenever I brake my pedal feels a little hard and it makes a rusty noise as if there is something in the way stopping it from braking properly.

This happens when the brake booster gets moisture inside, here is how to replace the unit which should fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
