Brake mounting and realising

Brake pressure mounting after pumping the brake and when kept pressed for ten to twenty seconds releasing. I have changed brake pads, shoes, serviced the master cylinder and the booster, but still the problem persist. I have now changed mechanics three times.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by mounting. Do you mean the brake will not release? Or, is the brake pedal going down when you hold pressure?
