I was driving home and I noticed that the vehicle was having a hard time picking up speed and like dragging down. I was close to home so I kept going and when I pulled into the driveway the right front was smoking.

This is due to the caliper locking up. This could be due to a faulty caliper that is not releasing or it could be a rubber brake line that has collapsed and not allowing the fluid to retract from the caliper keeping it applied.

Let us know what you find but I suspect you are going to have to remove the wheel and caliper and inspect it. Then you will most likely need to replace both sides of the front brakes and rotors if the one side is heat soaked or warped. Basically you will develop a brake pull it you only replace one side.

Let us know if you have questions. Thanks
