Brake lights wil not go out

brake lights stay on, I replaced, lights, fuses, relays for dimmer, lights, I cannot locate stop lamp failure sensor, replaced brake light switch also. All 3 stay on L/R/Center. Check for grounds, loose wires, etc... nothing.

Push on the brake light switch by hand. If the lights go out, look for a rubber cap that fell off the switch.

Replaced brake switch and made sure it was working correctly. No hole to worry about switch goes in and out but no effect on lights

Unplug the switch, then see if the lights go off.

brake pedal position switch plastic stopper has most likely fell out.
