Brake lights, turns signals, dashboard lights not working and cant shift out of drive

I have a 91 nissan maxima it drove fine then I parked it a few days ago, I started the car this morning tried shifting out of park and couldnt so I checked to see if my brake lights were going on and they werent so I tried my turn signals and they didnt work either. Then I noticed none of the lights on my dashboard were working I replaced the neutral stop light switch last night and still have the same issues
