Hi I am having the weirdest problem with my brake lights. I replaced the brake sensor located under the pedal with a brand new one but had no luck. Even weirder is that when I pull the fuses out for the lights they stay on but when I remove the internal light fuse they start working normal. Any idea what might be the issue?

Ok so I used my tester (Alcatel 708) and it does not have any error codes for bcm. I also discovered that the a/c does not engage.

your tester may not be able to test for a bcm problem, i'm not familiar with that scanner. for a/c check relay and fuse under hood.
