Brake lights are not working?

I have no brake lights on this truck. I have installed a new brake light switch, and I have power coming out of but nothing at the taillights.

Do all of the brake lights not work? The high center brake light is connected directly to this light. Do you have power at the wht/tan wire at the brake light switch when the brake pedal is depressed?
