All lights are working, even third stop light, but I have no regular stop lights, fuses are good, what could be the problem

That's usually a bad turn signal switch when that happens.

would that not affect the turn signals, because they are working fine.

It can happen that way. The circuits need to be tested before concluding anything anyway.
