Brake lights not working

No brake lights. Everything else works. Fuse is good, bulbs are good, and new pedal switch. No power to bulb socket. Four wire pedal switch, has power on one wire until you apply brake. Then nothing on any of the four as far as voltage. Help please. Thank you.

Hello, there is a fuse #11 that I need you to check because it looks like there should be two wires at the brake light switch. Here is the wiring for it so you can see how the system works and a guide to help you test it:

Below is the fuse panel and fuse locations check #11 in the under hood panel.
