I have power going in and coming out of the pedal switch. I have turn signals but no brake lights. I unplugged the harness under the hood and checked power there and none. I checked the ground on the pedal switch and it is good. Is there a relay other than the signal or what else could it be?

Is your third (high mount) brake light working? If so, you likely have a bad turn signal switch.

No brake lights anywhere. By turn signal switch do you mean the multi function?

Yes, I do but that only feeds the two lower lights. Make sure it is not just a bulb in the high mount.

Okay, the truck is gone for a while but as soon as it gets back I will check that. If it is not the multi-function what could possibly be my other options?

Then you are going to have to follow a wiring diagram and test the circuit.
