Drivers side brake light and running light do not work

But turn signal does. I have checked fuses under the hood and inside, all good but no power by the bulb.

Believe it or not, but the signal is fused separately from the brake and driving light. And to take it further, there is one for the left and one for the right. I attached a picture of the schematic. Note that I circled the fuse in question. That is for the brake and parking light. To the left, you will see a fuse for the left turn signal.

The fuse is located in the under hood fuse box. Check that first. If it is good, then you need to check to see if there is power at the brown wire as indicated in the schematic. If there isn't, you have an open circuit between the supply and the light socket. Please keep in mind too that it isn't uncommon for the light sockets to fail due to age, corrosion and so on.
