At the moment of bleeding the brakes the pedal still goes all the way to the floor and has no pressure?

Had brake pad service for my vehicle, also turned out that the ABS module needed to be changed and booster. What can it be or what can I do?

So, what happens is there is air stuck in the ABS module's control valves.
