While changing the pads, the brake fluid reservoir overflowed. I was able to pour water over the spill but couldn't reach it to wipe it. Is the car safe to drive? Is this a fire hazard? Thanks.

It will be fine. The issue with brake fluid isn't fire, it's that it destroys paint. However, if you flooded the area with water, it should be okay.
