Changed the master cylinder, back brakes and rotors. Now all the brake fluid leaks out and brake pedal goes to the floor.

Good morning.
Did you inspect all the lines for leaking? If the fluid is gone there is a leak somewhere. Inspect all the lines and hoses for any leaks.
