Fluid not moving from master to lines and pushing out at bleeders?

Fluid not moving from master to lines and pushing out at bleeders (driver side does leak not passenger) after calipers changed on front only. Pedal stays soft, master cylinder stays full. How do I get system to fill for bleeding of front passenger side&air removed to get hard brake pressure?

Unfortunately it sounds like it needs to be replaced. Here is a guide that will help with this:
