Brake drag /after driving awhile and intermittent

Front disc brakes drag while driving intermediate
I have replace rotors , pads, calipers, hoses. Master cylinder, flushed fluid, checked the pedal and rod in the booster. What could be causing drag, hot smoking brakes. When parked they can be locked up and will not move intermediate same days they work perfect
