How do you get the brake line off the rear caliper?

Thanks for visiting 2CarPros.

The hose should have a "banjo bolt" that secures it to the caliper. Each side of the hose will have a copper crush washer that goes on the bolt. I'll post more info below.

The bolt is B and washers are C in the picture below. The bolt should be torqued to 20lb ft.

Hey RICHARD PACK,

There will be a banjo bolt securing the rear brake hose to the rear caliper.

You will simply need to undo the banjo bolt and remove the hose.

A picture below shows the rear caliper and hose.

I have also attached diagrams with the tightening torques for the hose and caliper bolts.
