Do you have to change the master cylinder rod wen you change the hydro-booster?

Good afternoon,
The rod should come with the new booster.
Is this a hydro-boost or vacuum booster?

Hydro-boost it has one in it but it says to use the old one ?

Use the one that comes with it.
