What is the correct procedure for bleeding air from brake system with ABS?

Please run down these guides and report back. I have attached the service manual brake bleed procedure for ABS equipped Ranger. Basically connect the scan tool, follow the instructions on the screen, and open the right rear caliper bleed valve.
