I hear a loud tog, tog, sound when I step on the pedal. When I'm driving on a smooth surface it goes away. All rotors, pads, calipers and hoses are new and bled the whole system.

Was this sound or pull while braking issue there before the parts were replaced? And were the bearing replaced? I'll give you this guide to help but I'd like to help you if you have any questions at all! https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-pulls-right-or-left-when-driving-or-braking

I didn’t have this problem before I replaced all the parts. When I turn the steering wheel the driver side tire wobbles.

If this were my vehicle I would remove the wheel on that side and re-inspect everything that had a torque spec. Also make sure the wheel hub nut is not excessively loose.
