Brake pedal goes almost to the floor

Brake pedal goes almost to floor before stopping car. Replaced master cylinder, bench bled replaced pads and all wheels. Tried to bleed brakes but air never ends. Pushed one quart through system. Still getting air.

It should not be just pumping out air for that long.

Take a look at this article, it covers the proper way to bleed the brakes. Just in case you missed a step.
